At GrainGlow, we believe beautiful kitchen moments should arrive with ease. We ship from our workshop in Ningbo, China, using reliable global carriers to bring our handcrafted solid wood products to your door.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully hand-packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays). Most orders ship the next business day.

Worldwide Free Shipping Orders of $129 USD and above ship completely free to any country in the world.

Important International Shipping Information
- Prices are shown in USD and include packaging and tracking.
- Import duties, taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are usually collected by your local customs office upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
Every order receives a tracking number via email once shipped. You can track your package directly in your Shopify account or on the carrier’s website.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, we may not be able to stop it from shipping.
